The Mayor and City Council of the City of Central, Louisiana, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 6:00pm at Central Community School Board Office, 11576 Sullivan Road, Central, LA, to discuss the following:
CUP-6-23 Conditional Use Permit for Bus Facility and Parking This 5.57-acre property is located at 9223 Joor Road and 10847 & 10737 Lovett Road, on the north and east side of Lovett Road and west side of Joor Road, in Secs. 69 & 82, T6S-R1E, GLD. The applicant requests a conditional use permit for a safety and training facility for buses and parking in the R/A (Rural/Agriculture) Zoning District. (Applicant: Amber Martel, GMAC, LLC)
TA-2-24 Borrow Pits An ordinance to amend Appendix 1 Comprehensive Zoning Code of the City of Central Code of Ordinances, to add regulations for borrow pits, and provide for related matters.
