The Mayor and City Council of the City of Central, Louisiana, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 6:00pm at Central Community School Board Office, 11576 Sullivan Road, Central, LA, to discuss the following:
CUP-2-24 Conditional Use for an RV Storage Facility: This property is located at 14790 Wax Road on Lot Y, a portion of the Brian Tract. The applicant requests a conditional use permit for an RV storage facility in the Corridor Overlay District. (Applicant: Wax Pointe, LLC)
TA-1-24 Floodplain and Stormwater Management Updates An ordinance to amend Title 7 Development Code, Title 8 Buildings, and Appendix 1 Comprehensive Zoning Code of the City of Central Code of Ordinances, to update regulations related to floodplain and stormwater management, and provide for related matters.
TA-3-24 Development Fees: An ordinance to amend Title 7 Development Code and Appendix 1 Comprehensive Zoning Code of the City of Central Code of Ordinances to remove specific fee amounts and provide for related matters.
