Comprehensive Plan
Central’s comprehensive or master plan guides decisions regarding growth and development and provides the framework for defining the future of the city. The Planning Commission adopted the current master plan land use map on January 22, 2009, and the land use plan report was completed in 2010.
Central 2045
Central is currently updating its comprehensive plan! Through 2024 and early 2025, the city will engage residents and stakeholders.
